How does the free trial work?

When you sign up for your trial of Support you'll have access to all Premium features. At any point during the trial, you can choose a plan and pay by credit card from within your account.

Is my data safe with Acquire?

Keeping our customers’ data secure and safe is the most important thing we do. We go to considerable lengths to ensure that all data sent to Tagove is handled securely. See here for more information including our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

2. What happens after the trial ends?

At the end of a any trial, your data and setup remains intact and your account is downgraded to the Basic plan. You can login and select a plan to purchase at any time.

Whats an agent?

An agent is what we call anyone who logs into a Zendesk product. Each rep, admin, or manager needs their own agent license. Add as many agents as you want on any plan.

How can i pay?

We accept all major credit cards. The subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.

What is your refund policy?

You can cancel your license at any time in the panel under Subscription tab. After canceling, your license will stop working immediately. Credit from previous payments will be lost and is not refundable.

Do you offer discounts/coupons?

We offer a discounted price for subscriptions billed annually. The prices shown on this page reflect this annual discount. You can also Recommend a friend to receive discount.

Do i have to pay for each agent?

Yes, each agent has their own login which has to paid for. Concurrent options are available over 30 agents.

5. What is a contact?

A contact is any customer who is stored in the profile section. A contact is automatically stored after every chat.
