When you sign up for your trial of Support you'll have access to all Team Package features. At any point during the trial, you can choose a plan and pay by credit card, debit card or paypal from within your account.

An agent is what we call anyone who logs into a Acquire product. Each rep, admin, or manager needs their own agent license. Add as many agents as you want on any plan.

You can cancel your license at any time in the panel setting>> billing info tab. After canceling, your license will stop working end of your billing cycle. Credit from previous payments will be lost and is not refundable.
