How does the free trial work?

When you sign up for your trial of Support you'll have access to all Team Package features. At any point during the trial, you can choose a plan and pay by credit card, debit card or paypal from within your account.

Is my data safe with Acquire?

Keeping our customers’ data secure and safe is the most important thing we do. We go to considerable lengths to ensure that all data sent to Acquire is handled securely. See here for more information including our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

What happens after my trial ends?

At the end of a any trial, your data and setup remains intact after your account expireds. You can login and select a plan to purchase at any time.

What is an agent?

An agent is what we call anyone who logs into a Acquire product. Each rep, admin, or manager needs their own agent license. Add as many agents as you want on any plan.

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit cards, debit card and paypal. The subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.

What is your refund policy?

You can cancel your license at any time in the panel setting>> billing info tab. After canceling, your license will stop working enf of your billing cycle. Credit from previous payments will be lost and is not refundable.

Do you offer discounts/coupons?

We offer a discounted price for subscriptions billed annually. The prices shown on this page reflect this annual discount. You can also Recommend a friend to receive discount.

Do I have to pay for each agent?

Yes, each agent has their own login which has to paid for. We do not support concurrent licence.

What is a contact?

A contact is any customer who is stored in the profile section. A contact is automatically stored after every chat.
