First find the Acquire app in the Zendesk Marketplace. Click on install and configure.
Acquire API key fill in the token field for configuration. For Acquire API go to https://app.acquire.io/setting/token and copy API Token. Complete your Installation.
Select Custom Field and Activate ‘Start Co-browse’ button
Acquire offers single click Co-browse connectivity in this app. If you want to activate the single click button first complete all the steps.
First, go app right top corner in click on ‘+’ plus button and choose a specific field and save. After save reload Zendesk and Click on button ‘Start Co-browse’ button.
You can update the field at any time, but after saving the field, reload the Zendesk. Now the ‘Start Co-browse’ button has been updated from your selected field value.
After completed step 1 you manage fronted side some scripts and put specify saved field value in Acquire Custom Co-browse code API ( Co-browse Custom Code API).
After the Aquire widget, add custom code script and pass ‘CUSTOM ID‘ to it. ‘CUSTOM_ID‘ is a unique co-browse code, and you can use this code in the co-browse connect.
You can push the saved field value in the Zendesk App with the custom code script of the Acquire in front of your web site, and then add the co-browse to the ‘Start-Co-Browse’ button. If the selected field value is null, then ‘Start Co-browse’ will not work and will appear disabled.
After completing Step 2 you can connect the Co-browse with a single click from the ‘Start Co-Browse’ button.
If you want to sync all agents in Acquire as an operator click on app right top corner in setting gear and open a popup. You see all Zendesk agents list. Here you can sync Zendesk agents in Acquire.
After the title ‘Connect Acquire Co-browse code’, add the custom code of Co-browse in the input field and click on ‘Connect Co-Browse’.
